  19. THE ENCLOSED SOFTWARE PROGRAM IS LICENSED BY GUY MICHAUD 
  20. TO CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR NON-EXCLUSIVE USE ON A SINGLE 
  21. COMPUTER SYSTEM PER THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW.

  24. You have the non-exclusive right to use the enclosed 
  25. program on a single computer.  You may not electronically 
  26. transfer the program from one computer to another over a 
  27. network.  You may not distribute copies of the program or 
  28. documentation to others.  You may make one (1) copy of the 
  29. program disk solely for backup purposes.  If you installed 
  30. the program on a hard disk or other mass-storage device, a 
  31. copy made of the program, as installed, as a part of , and 
  32. solely for archive purposes is also permitted.  You may 
  33. transfer the software from one computer to another on a 
  34. permanent basis only, and only when all copies of the 
  35. software on the original computer is removed on a permanent 
  36. basis.  YOU MAY NOT USE, COPY, MODIFY, SUBLICENSE, RENT, 
  37. LEASE, CONVEY, TRANSLATE OR TRANSFER THE PROGRAM OR 
  38. DOCUMENTATION, OR ANY COPY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN 
  39. THIS AGREEMENT.  YOU MAY NOT CONVERT THE SOFTWARE TO ANY

  45. THIS PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY 
  46. KIND EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED

  53. exclusive remedy available to the purchaser or user of this 
  54. software and accompanying documentation is a refund or 
  55. replacement of the product, at the option of Guy Michaud.

  57. To the original purchaser only, Guy Michaud warrants the 
  58. magnetic diskette on which this software product is 
  59. distributed.  It is warranted to be free from defects in 
  60. materials and faulty workmanship under normal use for a 
  61. period of ninety days from the date of purchase.  If during 
  62. this ninety-day period the diskette should become defective, 
  63. it may be returned to Guy Michaud for a replacement without 
  64. charge.  The media warranty period is automatically extended 
  65. upon receipt of the registration of the software.
